Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh (May the peace, mercy,
and blessings of Allah be with you).
Prophet Muhammad (SAW) used to recite the following supplication while
leaving the house.

ALLAHUMMA INNI A’UZU BIKA AN ADHILLA AU
UDHALLA
AU AZILLA AU UZALLA AU AZLIMA AU UZALAMA
AU
AJHALA AU YUJHALA ALAYYA
(O Allah! I seek refuge in You from
leading or being led astray or from sinning or being sinned onto or from
erring or being erred onto or misunderstanding or being misunderstood. )
